Returns

 

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from receiving the goods (excluding special order items).

The right of withdrawal does not extend to buyers who are legal entities.

The right to return goods purchased from the e-shop is equivalent to the right to view the products in a regular store, i.e. the goods to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging, the value of the goods must not have decreased, and the withdrawal must be sent to Bestline OÜ in writing at the e-mail address info@ekardinad.ee or at the business address of Bestline OÜ, within the deadline (i.e. 14 days).

Bestline OÜ has the right to submit a claim for damages to the customer if the product has been damaged during return. The advance payment for the canceled order (except for the transport cost of the return) will be returned to the customer's bank account within 5 working days after the goods to be returned arrive at Bestline OÜ's warehouse. The customer bears the entire cost of returning the goods, except if the product has damage that could not be detected by external inspection and which did not occur when the package was opened, or if the product does not correspond to the product in the customer's order (wrong product).

In the event that the customer loses interest in purchasing the product due to a longer deadline for product delivery, the customer has the right to cancel his order by sending to info@ekardinad.ee relevant statement. The customer does not have the right to withdraw from special products specially ordered for him. The advance payment paid by the client will be returned within 14 days after the client submits a corresponding application.

A special order is a product ordered from the manufacturer specifically for the customer, which is ordered based on the customer's special request and which is not included in the standard assortment of Bestline OÜ.

A bulk order placed after approval by the customer is also considered a special order.

Bestline OÜ reserves the right to cancel the customer's order if:

  1. the ordered product is out of the supplier's stock and the customer does not agree with the replacement product offered by Bestline OÜ;
  2. if the advance payment to fulfill the order has not been received to the current account of Bestline OÜ.
